Autocentre Assistant Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Autocentre Assistant Manager to join our team in Grantham. As a key member of our automotive service provider, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control.
  • Implement instructions from Regional Managers, Head Office, or Directors.
  • Assist in recruitment and employee development.
  • Liaise with Head Office and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in automotive repair and servicing, ideally including tyre fitting.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment within the automotive sector is advantageous.

Work Schedule:
  • You'll receive a day off during the week if you work on Saturday.
  • Sunday overtime (10:00 am to 4:00 pm) is rewarded with an extra £1,507.68 added to your annual salary on a rotating schedule (every other week).
