About the Role:

We are seeking a suitably qualified Trainer Assessor to join our team of professionals in the Plumbing and Gas sector. As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeships and work-based training to local employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver apprenticeships and work-based training to local employers
  • Provide on-programme support and assessment to learners
  • Complete tri-partite progress review meetings with the employer and apprentice

Requirements:

  • Occupational experience within the Plumbing and Gas sector
  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating
  • In-date ACS qualifications for Domestic Gas
  • Maths and English at level 2
  • Assessor qualifications essential
  • Verifier qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills - experience of using e-portfolio systems preferred but training can be provided if needed
  • Access to your own suitable transport to visit clients across the Greater Manchester region
