We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team at SmartChoice International Limited. This is a contract role that requires strong IT security knowledge and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of our digital systems and networks.

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our technical team to develop and implement robust security protocols. You will also be required to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest information technology trends and adapt our security measures accordingly.

The successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of cybersecurity data privacy principles. They will also be proficient in conducting thorough risk assessments and providing recommendations for improvement. In terms of education and qualifications, relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP would be advantageous.

Regarding the location, we require the successful candidate to work 2 days per week onsite in Cheshire, Northampton, or Bournemouth, England. However, remote work arrangements can be discussed during the interview process. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
