We're looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in people's lives. As a Care Assistant, you'll provide companionship, support with personal care, and help with daily tasks.
Our Care Assistants are directly employed by us, giving you access to holiday entitlement and our pension scheme. We also offer apprenticeship opportunities, nationally recognised qualifications, and a FREE Blue Light Card.
As a Care Assistant, you'll need to be adaptable, kind-hearted, and put others first. Your role may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with personal care, such as showering, bathing, and toileting
- Helping with mobility and daily tasks
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Running errands and assisting with household tasks
