Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic residential Lettings team in Taunton. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations, and negotiating tenancies to maximize the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations to increase branch revenue
  • Conduct accurate market appraisals/valuations to determine property values
  • Negotiate tenancies to maximize income and profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Work closely with the Lettings Team to achieve sales and lettings targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings, or sales negotiation
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Full UK driving license
