Job Overview


We are working with Axion Recruitment to recruit a skilled Machine Maintenance Specialist to join their technical support team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote and onsite technical service support, including installation, maintenance, and repair of print finishing and packaging machinery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical service support to customers and partners
  • Conducting machinery demonstrations and installations
  • Delivering training to customers and partners
  • Assisting the sales team with machine demonstrations at trade shows and customer events


Requirements

  1. Relevant technical qualifications (mechanical/electrical) and an understanding of the print or packaging sector
  2. Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical faults
  3. Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  4. Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  5. Ability to tow a trailer and hold a clean driving licence


Desirable Requirements

  • Operational knowledge of print finishing and packaging machinery
  • Experience with network-based remote support and software troubleshooting
