Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Location: West Midlands

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery from inception to completion
  • Liaise with internal staff and external sub-contractors for a smooth process
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing for staff and visitors
  • Identify process concerns and contribute to company-wide solutions
  • Proactively inspect facilities during works and report to management

Required Skills:

  • Experience in the PLC house building industry
  • SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
  • Relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership
  • Full UK driving license
