As a conceptual Art Director in our UK Content Creative team, you will be driving the narrative through all touchpoints in the journey: visual identity, social media, motion, audio, filming, websites, and experiential marketing. You will bring employer brands to life in a software-led environment that creates an ever-evolving creative approach, harnessing unrivaled industry data.

  1. The ability to take the audience on a creative journey, demonstrating how concepts work across digital channels.
  2. A strong understanding of conceptual skills, working with our copywriting team to develop 'Big Ideas' that operate across channels as cohesive, visually linked brand expressions.
  3. The capacity to develop regular content ideas that link to our clients' thematic pillars, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and forging new ones.
  4. The skill to design and translate concepts into fresh, cutting-edge, effective designs for different clients, industries, and formats.
  5. The ability to engage directly with our clients' employees to uncover their stories, including pre-interviews and photo/video shoots.
  6. A keen focus on digital expression, always seeking inspiration from the industry and beyond to keep your solutions fresh and exciting and inspire others.
  7. Responsibility for working across a portfolio of clients, providing brand guardianship.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in art direction and Adobe Creative Cloud – primarily Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Sketch and podcasting software such as Descript would be beneficial.
  • A deep understanding of the social landscape is crucial, and proficiency in in-app content creation within platforms such as TikTok and CapCut would enhance our capabilities.
  • A strong, varied portfolio of work that showcases integrated conceptual ability across industries, including examples across multiple channels such as brand, digital expression, social media, film, and campaigns, with a proven understanding of the digital space.
  • Brand development experience.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
