About the Role
We are seeking a caring professional to join our team as a Community Carer. As a Community Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily tasks such as preparing meals and administering medication
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Encouraging clients to engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
Requirements
- A car is required for this role as clients are located in rural areas
- Previous experience working in healthcare or social care is preferred
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
