About the Role
As a Deputy Manager at Meridian Business Support Limited, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's National Private Healthcare Provider based in Norfolk. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing operations within the home, striving to reach or exceed set goals while guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality care. This role demands strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on overseeing the care staff and assuming full management responsibilities in the absence of the Home Manager.

Key Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with service users, families, and external care professionals.
  • Ability to identify referral pathways for safeguarding adults/abuse and promote ownership of care programs through collaborative working with service users and their families.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and external partners.
