About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as an Independent Financial Services Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate diary management and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with grades A-C in English and Math
  • Experience working in a regulated environment or within a professional business service
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
