Catering Supervisor Opportunity
Lancashire County Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at St Luke's Church Of England Primary School.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to oversee the preparation and serving of healthy, balanced meals for school children. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing food production and service in accordance with agreed menus and production plans
- Supervising and training other employees to ensure high-quality food service
- Ordering supplies and maintaining stock control
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in large-scale catering and food service management
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong organizational and cost control skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
