Deputy General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a Deputy General Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 100+ staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Coach and train staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
