We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Pizza Chef to lead our pizzeria team in Peterborough. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards, leading a team of chefs, and working with a fire oven.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of chefs and maintain a high-performing kitchen environment
  • Work with a fire oven and ensure the highest quality pizzas are produced
  • Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager and other team members
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure the highest standards of health & safety and hygiene are maintained

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading a team of chefs and working with a fire oven
  • Ability to maintain high health & safety and hygiene standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Hands-on attitude
