Job Title: Probate Solicitor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced part-time probate solicitor to join our busy department at Clarkson Hirst Solicitors Limited. As a probate solicitor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Partner and providing exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of probate cases, utilizing our case management system to ensure accurate recording of information.
  • Engage with clients through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, providing sensitive and professional support.
  • Have the ability to manage other work, including wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a solicitor or legal executive in private practice, with a minimum of 2 years PQE, or equivalent experience in probate law.

  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
