**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Machining Operations Engineer to join our team in Witney. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating 4-axis horizontal CNC mills.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering apprenticeship qualification and at least 2 years' experience in setting and operating CNC equipment. You will also be proficient in reading engineering drawings, using measuring equipment, and producing high-quality close tolerance machined components.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  1. Programming and setting up CNC machines to produce precision parts
  2. Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to improve manufacturing processes

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus benefits including an annual bonus and opportunities for professional development.
