Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice and support on primary insurance law, corporate law, and commercial law matters
  • Supporting the legal function with corporate governance related matters
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing Data Use Agreements and insurance distribution services with third parties

Requirements:

  • UK-qualified lawyer with significant experience in insurance regulatory and corporate law, including contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of working in large projects and contributing to the success of a financial services regulated firm
  • Knowledge of SII requirements and experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, data protection, or insurance regulatory environment outside of the UK is desirable but not essential

Estimated salary range: £95,000 - £120,000 per annum. A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
