Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to obtain payroll data and ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Reconcile payroll to client data and prepare payroll reports and payslips
  • Prepare payroll journals and reconcile weekly and monthly PAYE figures
  • Administer Pension Auto-enrolment and deal with queries from clients and HMRC
  • Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of payroll related legislation and regulations
  • Ability to manually calculate payroll results and explain calculations to clients
  • Good understanding of pension schemes and rules
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30-32,000 and a supportive team environment.
