Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clients to obtain payroll data and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Reconcile payroll to client data and prepare payroll reports and payslips
- Prepare payroll journals and reconcile weekly and monthly PAYE figures
- Administer Pension Auto-enrolment and deal with queries from clients and HMRC
- Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of payroll related legislation and regulations
- Ability to manually calculate payroll results and explain calculations to clients
- Good understanding of pension schemes and rules
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of £30-32,000 and a supportive team environment.
