Job Title: Business Continuity Adviser

Job Description:

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Specialist to join our team at Barclay Simpson. As a key member of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in the delivery of the ISO22301 certification
* Coordinate Business Continuity exercises
* Conduct policy and plan reviews
* Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs)
* Assist with Operational Resilience Management Information (MI)
* Assist in impact assessments
