About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the store's day-to-day operations, maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers. They will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the store management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with product selection.
  • Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail or customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude is essential, as well as flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems are also required.
