About the Role

We are seeking two highly skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Live-in Care Professionals. As a Live-in Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing tailored support and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, medication, and household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care provision and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £125, with the potential to earn up to £23,000 per year.
  • Bank holiday rate of £187.50.
  • Travel allowance of up to £50 per placement.
  • Weekly support visits with our Team Leaders and 24/7 telephone support.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in care, ideally with complex care needs.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
  • Driver's license and car (advantageous but not required).
