About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Wasabi Design and Development in Brighton. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building high-quality, accessible web applications using.NET and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Develop, test, and deploy front and backend features, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our products.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in.NET development, with a deep understanding of C# and frameworks.
- Strong experience with Entity Framework (EFCore & EF6).
- Expertise in building user-focused, accessible web applications using ASP.Net MVC.
- Practitioner-level experience working with relational databases, especially SQL Server / Azure SQL.
- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, including SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, including Functions and Service Bus.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including setting up CI/CD pipelines via GitHub.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Nice to haves
- Experience with Flutter & Dart for App development.
- Hands-on knowledge of content management systems such as Umbraco or Wordpress.
- Previous background working within the hygiene/safety compliance sector.
