This role involves working closely with GP practices and Community Hospitals to develop and implement effective pharmacy services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting medication reviews and polypharmacy assessments
  • Developing and implementing medicines management plans
  • Providing education and training to patients and healthcare professionals

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. A degree in Pharmacy and membership of the GPhC are also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
