About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Our Care Assistants are the backbone of our care services, providing essential support to our clients with their daily needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence

• Assisting with medication and supporting clients with their medical needs

• Helping with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework

• Maintaining accurate records of client care and support
