Head Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse to join our team at Lynton Veterinary Group.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader to manage and support our nursing team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our veterinary surgeons and other staff members.

• Manage and coordinate the nursing team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
• Collaborate with veterinary surgeons to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
• Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the practice's quality improvement initiatives
