Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the GTM team across EMEA, developing and deploying CCaaS sales motions and programs that leverage AWS Field Sales teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels. This includes collaborating with Marketing to develop and align digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures
  • Managing and developing high-performance teams
