Key Responsibilities

• Support the Engagement Lead in developing an engaging and meaningful activity programme
• Promote a whole team approach to engagement and wellbeing, planning within the B&M activity framework
• Work with the Engagement Lead to plan activities for any hours on duty as Activity Organiser, ensuring there are suitable resources and the environment is appropriate
• Consult with the Engagement Lead on any plans and request any additional resources that may be required
• Provide support and companionship during activities
• Identify any special interests/s that each resident may have and plan activities to support this
