About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Welcome & Service Team as a Welcome & Service Assistant. As the public face of Claremont, you will provide a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and historic environment, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a rich cultural heritage. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of presentation, ensuring all our communications with visitors are clear and consistent, and working closely with the visitor welcome team to link everything we do back to our cause and the ongoing work we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, answering queries and ensuring they can find everything they need for their visit.

  • Deliver high standards of presentation, ensuring all our communications with visitors are clear and consistent.
  • Work on a rota basis, including regular working at weekends and bank holidays.
