Job Description

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be a highly skilled and experienced Public Sector Business Lead who can drive business growth and revenue expansion in the UK housing sector.

You will work closely with senior management and the board to shape strategy, applying an entrepreneurial mindset and contributing to scalable, customer-focused processes and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the UK housing sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including Local Authorities, Social Services, and Homeless Charities.
  • Oversee the complete new business process, from securing opportunities to managing client relationships.
  • Assist in managing and expanding current client relationships, enhancing our profile in the sector through targeted awareness and marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • A deep understanding of the UK housing sector, especially in social, temporary, and supported housing.
  • Proven experience in pitching, tendering, and managing projects through to completion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and key client organisations.

Salary: £62,500 - £77,500 per annum. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the UK housing sector.
