Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at The Midland Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized working station, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role and fresh food environment.
• Passion for food, training, and quality service.
• Excellent communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills.
• Awareness of presentation and attention to detail.
