Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to service users, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
About You
Although experience in healthcare is beneficial, it is not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
