  • React to emergencies and implement temporary fixes to minimize downtime.
  • Manage the facilities technician team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all team members have the necessary training and qualifications to perform their duties safely and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in a maintenance or facilities role, preferably in the film or television industry.
  • Supervisory or management experience, with a proven track record of leading a team.
  • Qualifications in one or more trades, such as construction, decorating, or groundworks.
  • IPAF and forklift certification, as well as a full UK driving license.
