Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relief Route Sales Representative to join our team in the North West area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with independent retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill set journey schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing regular, reliable, and consistent service.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THOSE NEEDS.
  • Lead daily stock and cash processes, including ordering, picking, and delivering stock to customers.
  • Meet or exceed defined targets for sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and unload stock from cash & carry at the beginning and end of each day.
Requirements:
  • Hunger and drive to succeed in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Full manual UK driving license, as you will be driving a t vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Basic IT skills, preferably Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Selling skills, a plus.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Perseverance and resilience in pursuit of goals.
  • Responsible and ethical behavior towards customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
