About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Wiltshire Farm Foods as a Delivery Driver, where you will play a vital role in delivering our delicious frozen meals to customers across the region.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that they receive their orders on time and in good condition.

You will also be required to pick orders within the coldstore, use our app to update customers' deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Additionally, you will be responsible for undertaking pre-shift inspections of your van, driving safely and responsibly, and reporting any discrepancies or delays to the office.

We are looking for a reliable and friendly individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
  • Pick orders within the coldstore
  • Use our app to update customers' deliveries
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Undertake pre-shift inspections of your van
  • Drive safely and responsibly
  • Report any discrepancies or delays to the office

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Experience within a customer service-based role
  • Basic secondary education
