Childcare & Nursery Director

As a Nursery Manager at Fennies Day Nurseries Ltd, you will be at the heart of our organisation, leading a team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality care and education for children. Your role will be to build, develop, and maintain a team that delivers exceptional outcomes for children, families, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead your team to deliver high-quality childcare and education, ensuring a nurturing environment for children to thrive.
- Communicate effectively with your team, families, and the local community, providing regular updates and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and children.
- Collaborate with other Fennies nursery settings to become an integral part of our community, demonstrating our LIFE values and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Evaluate the performance of your setting, making improvements on a continuous basis, and monitoring children's learning and development.
- Ensure your setting is well-staffed and equipped to provide high-quality care and education, with a focus on 'Birth to 5 Matters' and the EYFS.
- Implement and maintain key person, safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, providing regular updates and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and children.
- Provide a stimulating environment for children to learn and grow, with a focus on creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
- Prioritise your well-being, offering monthly events and initiatives to support your personal and professional growth.
