Job Overview

Regional Recruitment Services, a reputable recruitment agency based in Leicester, is seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Branch Manager for a branch in Warwick. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, managing branch operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, building strong relationships with customers, conducting staff training and performance evaluations, and handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
    • Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory control and administrative tasks
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
    • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly


Requirements
The successful candidate will possess strong selling skills, excellent communication skills, effective time management and organisational abilities, proficient phone etiquette for professional customer interactions, demonstrated leadership qualities, sound administrative skills, and previous experience in Electrical Wholesale.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company car and a percentage bonus taking the total salary up to £80,000-£100,000 by the end of the year.
