About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment and Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they meet technical specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with financial control, procurement, and safety teams to oversee the purchasing and control of vehicles and machinery.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source and supply necessary equipment, focusing on asset functions.
  3. Define procurement requirements and ensure the timely acquisition of technical equipment such as tractors and sweepers through national agreements.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in mobile equipment and asset management, preferably in a multi-site environment. Experience within the Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Utility, Construction, Facilities Management or Agricultural sectors would be highly advantageous.
  2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  3. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
