We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our OL/PL department, where you will play a crucial role in managing a caseload and providing exceptional support to our clients. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for taking initial instructions from clients, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring that all relevant information is recorded accurately.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be expected to research and gather evidence, draft allegations, and submit claims notifications. A strong understanding of personal injury law and the Portal process is essential.

Key Responsibilities- Take initial instructions from clients and complete necessary paperwork
- Ensure accurate recording of accident circumstances, injuries, and potential losses
- Research and gather evidence, including medical records and photographs
- Draft allegations and submit claims notifications
- Chase defendants and insurers for responses
- Consider denials and disclosures received from defendants
- Weekly review with supervisor to discuss progress and goals
