Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the site, including the interior and exterior of the sheds. This will involve adhering to the site's color coding system and maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Compliance with current health and safety legislation
  • Proactive approach to health and safety
  • Support the management team in site safety inspections
  • Ensure compliance to all health and safety procedures and RA
  • Safe handling and storage of chemicals on site
  • Use of chemicals and equipment as instructed
  • Accurate record-keeping to ensure product quality and safety standards
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized site, including the removal of debris
  • Proactive approach to environmental issues, including spills
  • Support the management team in site environmental inspections
  • Ensure compliance to all environmental procedures and RA

Requirements and Experience:

  • Previous experience in FMCG manufacturing (advantageous)
  • Understanding of continuous improvement tools and techniques
  • Awareness of customer standards
  • Ability to meet job requirements

Salary: £11.78 per hour
