Are you a motivated educator looking to grow your confidence teaching in a Secondary setting?

We can make it easy for you and enable you to succeed through supply work. This opportunity will give you early access to vacancies that may not be advertised elsewhere yet, allowing you to gain insightful knowledge about different schools in your area to find a setting that suits you best.

You'll have the chance to build up your experience without lengthy applications and intense interview processes. Simply put, our supply work is designed to help you develop professionally and learn from fellow team members.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A personable, approachable, and able to build positive working relationships with adults and children.
  • Will be a team player and not shy away from responsibility.
  • Have reduced marking and no planning responsibilities.
  • Be committed to developing professionally and learning from fellow team members.
  • Able to motivate all pupils to learn and adapt their practice to meet their learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, but the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
