About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growth and sustainability. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Employee Relations, Resourcing, Learning and Development, Reward, Internal Communications, and HR Shared Services.

Your primary objective will be to support leaders in maximizing the engagement and performance of their teams by providing coaching, guidance, and feedback. You will also facilitate regular Talent Review discussions to ensure effective succession and development plans are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with a designated client group to build effective relationships and deliver people solutions that align with business objectives
  • Facilitate Talent Review discussions to drive talent development and succession planning
  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and feedback to leaders to promote Selfridges Values and behaviors
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's strategy and priorities to inform people-related decisions
  • Act as a change agent to drive organizational design and implement changes as required
  • Lead on Employee Relations cases in collaboration with the ER team
  • Work with specialist functions to identify and deliver effective interventions and solutions
About You
  • An experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of coaching and developing leaders
  • Able to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Confident in challenging and debating with senior leaders
  • An excellent communicator with experience in delivering complex messages
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead on projects
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with resilience and positivity
  • Skilled in using insight, information, and analysis to inform strategic responses
  • Able to demonstrate collaboration skills
