About the Role

We are currently looking for a Refurbishment Specialist to join our team at Minstrel Court. The successful candidate will have a background in painting, plastering, carpentry or electrical work and will be responsible for maintaining our properties to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for fixing reported issues, maintaining gardens and paved areas, and assisting with setting up new properties.

They will also be required to log maintenance issues, communicate with the Property Manager, and assist with setting up rooms and other areas. The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
