Job Title: Technology Instructor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Technology Instructor to join our school community at Empowering Learning.

This is an excellent opportunity to teach in a forward-thinking environment, inspiring students to achieve their full potential in information technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in IT across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the ability to inspire students. They should also have proven experience in teaching IT or Computing and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.

Salary: £175 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

The Technology Instructor will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans to foster a love for technology and digital innovation. They will also be required to deliver lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in IT across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans to foster a love for technology and digital innovation.
Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching IT or Computing.
  • Passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
  • An enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply.
