At Triumph Consultants Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a dynamic administrative role, supporting the management of front-line services and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update manual and computerised records, maintaining accuracy according to service timescales.
  • Conduct case audits, analyse performance management information, and produce reports on behalf of management.
  • Provide support in the Duty/Triage and manage front-line services rota as needed.
  • Manage petty cash, order and pay invoices.
  • Respond to enquiries, managing caller needs, which may be complex and challenging.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months recent experience in a similar role, ideally in a public sector organisation, and possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent.

Requirements:
  • 5 GCSE's A - C or 9 - 4 including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
  • NVQ level 3 in Business Administration.
