As a Startup Account Manager at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch), you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of your startup customers. Your primary responsibility will be to help these businesses maximize the value of AWS to accelerate their growth and increase their potential for success.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support to your startup customers.
• Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in your defined territory by developing and executing a comprehensive account plan.
• Grow and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to help your customers achieve their business goals.
• Accelerate customer adoption by working closely with your customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
