Job Title: Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting all breakdown jobs, diagnosing, fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and servicing/LGSRs on Social Housing & Local Authority contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all breakdown jobs, diagnosing, fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and servicing/LGSRs on Social Housing & Local Authority contracts.
  • Work on Social Housing contracts for a well-established heating company.
  • Diagnose and repair domestic gas appliances.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of gas appliances.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements:
  • Domestic ACS certification.
  • Experience working on Social Housing contracts (desirable but not essential).
  • Clean driving license.
  • Hard working and well-presented individual.
  • Full-time position with a company van and fuel card.

  • Extra earnings with overtime and call-out.

  • Competitive salary: GBP35,360 - GBP38,480.
  • Standard hours of work: 40.
  • Overtime rate: Time & Half on agreed hourly rate.
  • Call-out: 1 in 4 weeks paid at Time and a half.
  • Holiday: 20 days holidays plus bank holidays.
