Omega is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Shift Manager to oversee all operations across a production area. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations across the production area, prioritizing safety, quality, line efficiency, and delivery
  • Lead a team of technical operators and provide guidance on best practices
  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Act as a change agent, driving development projects to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase competitiveness
  • Provide analysis and insights to inform business decisions, utilizing continuous improvement tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in FMCG, process, or fast-paced manufacturing industries, with a strong understanding of factory operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive improvements and implement change
  • Knowledge of lean tools and a passion for creating a culture of excellence
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent experience
