Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Acquisition Manager to join our team at the Gemini 3 Group. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of program management experience, with a strong background in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting program/project acquisition teams in preparing, reviewing, and updating acquisition documentation. They will also develop programs for Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) compliance and create program baselines, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms).

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS.
  • Experience with program management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
