Job Description: As a University Assistant - Finance Department, you will play a critical role in supporting financial operations, managing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations Support: Assist in managing financial transactions, including invoicing and expense processing.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and support budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders regarding financial queries.
  • Financial Analysis: Contribute to financial reporting and analysis to support departmental objectives.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office Suite Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Finance or Administration Background: Experience with finance or administration in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
