About the Role

The School Site Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of the school's fabric and grounds, as well as supporting the daily operational needs of the school. This role will play a key part in the school's expansion from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver proactive and reactive maintenance in a timely manner, liaising with the Group Estates team as necessary.
  • Ensure the school is kept clean through close working with the housekeeping team.
  • Assist in the monitoring and testing of building systems to ensure the school meets its legal obligations under regulatory compliance.
  • Support the site teams at other ARC schools as required.
  • Use the Group's Parago system to manage site maintenance and complete required compliance checks.
